This is something i dont get, and this is very specifically American: the idea of absolute and all-sweeping “individual freedom” regardless of the consequences.

I am all for freedom. I am for freedom of speech, worship, association, etc. But there are some things that should not be optional because “freedom”. Vaccinations is not an optional thing that people can avoid just because of their ignorance. With enough unvaccinated people disease would spread. It will become health crises that would ensnare innocent people. Not to mention children.

Another thing i don’t get is “homeschooling”. How on earth are people allowed to teach their own kids without qualification? Ignorant people teaching their own children only produce ignorant people.
